Boitumelo Setlalentoa Ncapayi is the Founder and Managing Director of Kgatontle Consulting, bringing over 20 years of hands on experience in internal auditing, tax, accounting, risk management, and turnaround management across both the private and public sectors.

Before founding Kgatontle Consulting in 2014, Boitumelo built a strong foundation at Ernst & Young, progressing from Audit Trainee to Audit Supervisor. She then served as Deputy Director: Finance Expenditure for the City of Johannesburg’s Rea Vaya Bus Rapid Transit Division, managing finance expenditure functions and serving on the Audit Committee for Pioneer Transport. Boitumelo also served as Chief Financial Officer at the Komati Basin Water Authority, providing strategic financial leadership for one of South Africa’s key water infrastructure entities. Her career further includes serving as Chief Operations Officer and subsequently Chief Executive Officer of Xtremetec Consortium Tshwane, where she led over 250 employees, contract negotiations and managed the Automated Fare Collection systems for the City of Tshwane on a 12-year contract
